ABOUT
Rachel graduated with a BSc (hons) degree in Physiotherapy from the University of East Anglia in 2003 and has since gained a wide range of experience working in the NHS, private and charity sectors. Between 2005 and 2010 Rachel was able to integrate her two passions of neuro-physiotherapy and sports injury management and prevention in her role as Physiotherapist to the Great Britain Women's Wheelchair Basketball team and attended the 2008 Beijing Paralympics.

Since then Rachel has continued to expand her holistic approach as a neuro-musculoskeletal Physiotherapist using a variety of technqiues such as acupuncture, soft tissue massage, fascial release and strength and conditioning exercises. With a background in the Bobath approach to normal movement Rachel also applies functional movement strategies aiming to restore movement, relieve pain and help clients work towards their goals.

Back and neck pain or stiffness, shoulder and arm pain, hip, knee, ankle and foot injuries, Arthritic conditions and posture dysfunction. Neurological conditions: Parkinsons, MS, acquired brain injury and Stroke.
